TIPI boards are complete distribution boards.

They are equipped as standard with all the functionalities necessary for the operator to work de-energized and energized in complete safety.

The TIPI switchboard is intended to equip urban public distribution substations.

Use

4 models available:

  • TIPI 4-500 HR (4+1 departures)
  • TIPI 8-1200 and TIPI 8-1200 HR (8+1 departures)
  • TIPI 8-1800 (8+1 departures) for height reduced to 1.5 m/ground

Advantages

  • Security and safety of operation, full compliance with international standard IEC 439.1:
  • Degree of protection IP2X on all sides of the products,
  • Internal insulating separations in accordance with form 4b corresponding to the highest level of safety of the standard (see diagram opposite),
  • Switchboard individually tested in 3 routine tests: overall inspection, dielectric test and control of the electrical continuity of the circuits (supply of the test certificate and compliance with the IEC 439.1 standard on request),
  • Certified products (approval no. 03E119).

Basic equipment

The tables consist of:

A four-pole general cut-off switch with certain cut-off,

A padlockable short-circuiting and earthing device (upstream of the switch),

A set of 4 IP2X protected bus bars, which can accommodate up to 5 outgoing units

(4+1 provisional) for the TIPI 4-500 A and up to 9 outlets (8+1 provisional) for the TIPI 8-1200 and 8-1800 A, integrated base.

Auxiliary functions:

– Starting unit for supplying a public lighting network,

– 220 V socket,

– Earthing terminal block (MALT) of neutral,

– Protection by circuit breaker of all the auxiliaries which can be

powered by the switchboard (measuring unit or monitoring device, PLC box, fault detector or ITI box).

The starting unit (standard HN 63-S-61)

TIPI starting units are interchangeable and can be mounted on all types of TIPI boards.

TIPI 4-500 HR (dimensions in mm)

Four-pole outgoing units with neutral disconnectable by size 2 strap.

Installation and removal can be done with the busbar

under pressure.

Connection of outgoing units with mechanically tightened cable clamps (without lugs).

Grounding in short circuit and grounding by specialized device

Panels for pole-mounted MV/LV transformers

LV  switchboards offer ideal fuse protection for LV networks of public distribution.

Efficient, reliable and easy to use, they provide total protection for people, property and the environment in the event of overcurrent.

Range of equipment intended for the protection of rural LV networks supplied by pole-top transformers from 50 to 160 kVA.

Description

  • Outdoor-type Low Voltage Switchboard, placed downstream of a conventional pole-top MV/LV transformer with or without MV fused protection.
  • Complete range of IP2X switchboards covering powers up to 160 kVA and meeting all needs (1 or 2 feeders, connection of underground lines, supply for a public lighting network, dedicated overload protection for the transformer) .
  • 2 versions of fiberglass reinforced polyester casings:

– Traffix SP: basic equipment for an aerial departure (or 2 departures on the same protection).

– Traffix DP: possibility of starting underground and supplying a public lighting network.
