MV Mobile Transformer Station
Medium Voltage Mobile Transformer Stations are MV / LV distribution stations that can contain power up to 4000 kVA, they are manufactured to meet the requirements of special requests by referring to our company experiences, project specifications and required standards. The reception site of our products and the transport conditions are rigorously analyzed for different projects and the manufacturing is done taking into account all the necessary factors.
They can be built on the trailers, toboggan or wagon in order to facilitate any transportation. In addition, they are equipped with all the products necessary for their proper functioning as a mobile transformer station and all the mechanical and electrical connections are ready to operate, the mobile structure allows easy assembly / disassembly, one more reason to choose them.

They are equipped with:
- integrated sliding stairs;
- a retractable step for access to the transformer;
- a set of 2 wheel chocks;
- a single-use lifting beam;
- a regulatory trailer lighting and beaconing kit;
- a spare wheel.
The MV/LV mobile substation with external operation is intended for temporary power supplies. It facilitates maintenance, troubleshooting and temporary power supply operations:
- Site post;
- Breakdown station.
All substation MV/LV equipment complies with customer specifications and operating modes. Very light with a total loaded weight of more or less 4 tons, it allows the following operating operations:
- Mutation of the transformer;
- Replacement and maintenance of the MV cubicle;
- Provisional LV power supply.
Mobile stations can be packaged with specific packaging adapted for maritime transport.
